Care Partner
Direct Caregiver · Part-time days
- Starting pay
- $17–$19/hour
- Initial schedule
- Two shifts/week · 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

- Home size
- Capacity for six residents
Pay is based on relevant experience and qualifications. Regular workdays and the start date will be discussed during the hiring process.
What you’ll do
- Assist with personal care, meals, mobility, and daily routines while encouraging independence.
- Offer companionship and meaningful activities in a calm, respectful home.
- Prepare meals, complete laundry, and help keep shared spaces clean.
- Provide medication support after training, demonstrated competency, and authorization.
- Document care, report changes, and communicate clearly with the administrator.
What we’re looking for
A dependable, patient person who respects residents’ privacy and dignity. Caregiving or direct-support experience is preferred. Applicants must be at least 18 under company hiring standards, authorized to work in the United States, and able to complete required screening, orientation, and training. Essential duties may be performed with reasonable accommodation.
